However, considering the fact that the satisfaction of our own customers is one of our main objectives, starting with the moment when you came into possession of the ordered products, we come to your support by offering you the opportunity, within a period of 14 calendar days, to proceed to replacing the products purchased from the online store, by filling in the attached form as a model of this information.
The form we refer to, accompanied by the products whose replacement is intended and the document attesting to their purchase (copy of the invoice/proof of purchase), must be sent with declared content and the possibility of opening the package to the recipient to check the content, within the period of 14 calendar days above - indicated, at the address Vicol Generation Business Ltd – Made By Society – Online Department – Westfield Stratford Mall, Ground Floor, Made By Society Store, Montfichet Rd London E20, 1EJ.
In the sense of what is specified and within the limit of available stock from the date of receipt of the request, the replacement of the desired products will be carried out under the conditions that they meet the conditions/compliance requirements similar to those from the moment when you or the recipient third party came into possession of the products shipped by our company.

In the context of fulfilling the requirements and conditions stipulated in the previous paragraph, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product whose replacement is requested by you, accompanied by the xerox copy of the fiscal invoice/proof attesting its purchase and the replacement form, within the limit available stock, we replace the product, depending on your request, with another type, model, similar or different size (depending on your request), having a price at least equal to that of the previously purchased product that is subject to the procedure of replacement. In the context of fulfilling the requirements and conditions provided in the previous paragraph, within 14 calendar days from the date on which we received the product returned by you together with the duly completed order cancellation declaration, we will reimburse you the consideration paid on the basis of the related fiscal invoice, including the costs of delivery-shipment return to you and only if they were borne by the Consumer (any additional costs that arise if you have chosen a type of delivery-shipment to you, other than the least expensive standard delivery type offered by the Trader, will not be reimbursed). Ship the products to the above-mentioned delivery address of our company without undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum of 14 days from the date on which you notified us of the cancellation of the order. The deadline is met if the products are sent back before the expiry of the 14-day period. The terms we refer to in this Consumer Information Note are expressed in calendar days. The deadline for canceling or replacing a product runs from the day after you received the ordered products. If the last day of the term is a non-working day, the term is extended until the next working day.
