However, considering the fact that the satisfaction of our own customers is one of our main objectives, starting with the moment when you came into possession of the ordered products, we come to your support by offering you the opportunity, within a period of 14 calendar days, to proceed to replacing the products purchased from the online store, by filling in the attached form as a model of this information.

The right of cancellation is valid starting from the moment we confirm your order and up to the latest within 14 calendar days, starting with the day following the day on which you received the ordered products or they were received by a third party indicated by your. In the context of fulfilling the requirements and conditions provided in the previous paragraph, within 14 calendar days from the date on which we received the product returned by you together with the duly completed order cancellation declaration, we will reimburse you the consideration paid on the basis of the related fiscal invoice, including the costs of delivery-shipment return to you and only if they were borne by the Consumer (any additional costs that arise if you have chosen a type of delivery-shipment to you, other than the least expensive standard delivery type offered by the Trader, will not be reimbursed).
